Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance: 95% refund of the amount paid.
• Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date: 50% refund of the amount paid.
• Cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date: loss of 100% of the amount paid. Only in cases of hospitalization, upon submission of the corresponding proof, 30% of the amount paid will be refunded.
• A delay in the arrival day or early departure (whether due to medical reasons or adverse weather conditions) does not entitle the client to any reduction in the total price of the reserved stay nor to refunds.

In case of leaving the campsite before the scheduled departure date, no refund will be given unless justified by a force majeure reason.
