Deposit will be required for booking, the rest will be charged at check in.
The campsite closes its facilities from 19/12/2022 to 28/02/2023.
RETURN POLICY
- Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance: 95% refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date: 50% refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellations made within 15 days prior to arrival date: loss of 100% of the amount paid. Only in cases of hospitalization, sending the receipt, will be refunded 30% of the amount paid.The delay in the arrival or departure day in advance (either for medical reasons or adverse weather conditions) no right to reductions in the price of the reservation contract or returns.
If you leave the campsite before departure date no refund will be paid, unless force majeure can be proved.
WHAT SHOULD YOU KNOW?
- FREE BABY PACK: must ask when booking. The package includes a cradle, baby bathtub, children’s crockery and changing table.
- With the weekend* rate, the entrance is on Friday from 4pm and departure on Sunday at 12am (Late Check Out for 20,00 Eur and upon confirmation from reception desk). Appliable only in low season.
- With the Check In, you must let a deposit of 60 euros in cash, that will ve returned the day of leaving, after revise the bungalow
- Hour reception from 9 am to 9 pm.
- Towels and bed linen are NOT included but can be rented. Reservation requested. Alternatively guests can bring their own.
- The entrance to the lodges in High and Low season during June and September is at 4 pm and check out time at 12 noon.
- Pets are NOT ALLOWED in the lodges.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the lodges.
- The tourist tax is not included in the fee. This is €0.66 per adult and night. With a maximum charge of 7 nights per stay.
